• Email address
• Phone number
• Service address
• Any notes you choose to include

3. Why We Collect It

We collect this information solely to arrange and deliver your cleaning service. The lawful basis for processing is contract (Article 6(1)(b) GDPR) — we need your details to fulfil the booking you have requested.

4. Third-Party Processors

We use the following services to operate:

• Supabase — secure database storage for booking records.
• Resend — transactional email delivery (confirmations, quotes, invoices).
• Google Fonts — fonts loaded on our website. Your browser makes a request to Google's servers when you visit our site.

We do not sell your data to third parties or use it for advertising purposes.

5. How Long We Keep Your Data

We retain your booking data for up to 2 years after your last service. You may request earlier deletion at any time by contacting us.

6. Cookies

We do not use tracking or analytics cookies. The only third-party connection our website makes is to load fonts from Google Fonts.

7. Your Rights

Under GDPR you have the right to:

• Access the personal data we hold about you
• Have inaccurate data corrected
• Request erasure of your data
• Object to or restrict processing
