Terms of Use

1. Services

Brillos provides professional cleaning services in Ireland, including home cleaning, deep cleaning, end-of-tenancy cleaning, office cleaning, post-build cleaning, and AirBnB & short-let cleaning. Service availability is subject to location and scheduling.

2. Booking & Confirmation

A booking request submitted through our website is not a confirmed booking. We will review your request and send you a quote by email. Your booking is confirmed only once you accept the quote.

By submitting a booking request you confirm that the information provided is accurate and that you are authorised to grant access to the property on the agreed date.

3. Cancellation Policy

You may cancel or reschedule a confirmed booking free of charge with at least 48 hours' notice before the scheduled service. Cancellations made with less than 48 hours' notice may be subject to a cancellation fee as noted in your quote.

4. Payment

The price for your service is confirmed in the quote we send by email. No payment is taken at the time of booking. Payment is due within 14 days of the invoice date. We will issue an invoice after the service is completed.

5. Liability

Brillos carries public liability insurance. In the unlikely event of damage caused by our team during a service, please contact us within 24 hours at brillos.contact@gmail.com.

We are not liable for pre-existing damage, items of exceptional value not declared in advance, or damage caused by inaccessible or unsafe conditions at the property.

6. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Ireland. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.
